You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

Any prompts, messages, or content you submit to Whispered Vista ("User Content") remain your property. However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WHISPERED VISTA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Results obtained from using the App will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or inappropriate content. Users are advised to exercise their own judgment when relying on AI-generated information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Whispered Vista and its developers, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
• Any content obtained from the App.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Whispered Vista and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
